The differrence between
V1 and V2 is
Performance wise, the most significant enhancement is that the new Kangertech atomiser is supposed to eliminate gurgling problems with the V1, preventing leakage and produce more vapour. While this was true for a couple of days, every atomiser I've tried so far (I bought 10 and used 5) still developed gurgling meaning too much liquid leaks into the atty. The airflow control is sturdier, although I had to dial it all the way down to one hole (5 holes in all) for my preference. The 510 drip tip is all metal, and can be replaced with any 510 drip tip of your choice. The fitting is re-assuringly snug. The range of atomiser resistance available for sale was from 0.8 to 1.8 ohms, this review was for 1.8 ohms. A constant power of 9W was needed to make the atty perform which means simple battery mods will probably be insufficient. At 11W, you will notice a real difference in vapour. A higher power mod of at least 15W max is recommended. Remember that the atomiser is of the dual coil kind, which means it will drain more power and e-liquid. Verdict: Don't bother. |
